在家做香蕉朱古力撻 | Homemade Banana Chocolate Tart | 簡易食譜
ingredients:
Pre-made Pie Shell 1
Chocolate (72%) 350 g
Cream 400 g
Salt a pinch
Vanilla 1/4 tsp.
Banana 3
1) Bake pie shell at 200C / 350F for 8 to 10 minutes
2) Cut chocolate in pieces
3) heat the cream in a pot until starting to boil and pour in Chocolate, add salt and vanilla, wait for 1 minute then stir until smooth
4) Cut banana in pieces
5) Pour half of Chocolate mixture into pie shell and place banana on it
6) Pour the rest of the mixture and then decorate with banana
7) Put in refrigerator for 2 hours or over night
8) Serve with Cream / Ice Cream / fresh fruit
